However, do you have a verified account ? Did the casino tell you any other reason why it is taking so long besides the fact that you have to wait ?

I have been playing at DuckyLuck for a few months. I hit for $1800 and cashed out. I went through a long and lengthy verification process but eventually all my stuff was verified. After waiting a few weeks I contacted them and they said the transaction is completed just wait a while longer. So I contacted my bank and come to find out chime doesn't accept international transactions. So now I've been going back and forth with them to find a solution. I'm conflicted on how long I should wait before filing a complaint with the Curacao eGamimg commission.

Hi, I see that you have already filed a complaint with us, which I think was the right decision, and I would wait to see what our team manages to resolve, and if it doesn't work out and you haven't received the money by then, then I would think about the authority. 

Anyway, did you get the money back to your player account when they don't accept international payments ? I guess players don't encounter this situation that often so maybe it will take some time but we'll see what can be done.
