Dobio sam poruku od Eternal Slots da bi trebalo da isprobam njihove sestrinske kompanije. Ukupno ih ima 5. Promovisali su velikodušan bonus dobrodošlice za svaki od nekoliko stotina besplatnih okretaja (broj se razlikovao u zavisnosti od platforme) raspoređenih tokom 30 dana. Dakle, između 15-30 dnevno. Takođe su mi svakodnevno slali imejlove da me podsete.
Sada imam 2 problema sa ovim za nedelju i po dana.
1. Asgard slotovi - dobio sam nekoliko stotina dolara posle otprilike nedelju dana. Iznos je bio ograničen na 50 dolara nakon dužeg igranja.
Podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje novca, za koji tvrdi da je super brz, uz elektronsku verifikaciju u tom procesu.
Odbijeno je zbog dokumentacije. Tražili su da se pošalje imejlom, pa sam to i uradio. Stalno su slali istu imejl adresu i nisu odgovarali na moja pitanja... Morao sam da prođem kroz čet. Ovo prepiranje je trajalo 2 dana - oni su odbijali, ja sam pokušavao da shvatim šta žele da pošaljem (trebalo im je kao pdf, želeli su račun za struju umesto izvoda iz banke, itd.). Kontaktirao sam podršku 8 puta.
zatim, 2 dana kasnije su mi rekli da moram da uplatim depozit. I onda bi odobrili povlačenje. Tako sam uplatio 10 dolara u LTC, ne koristeći nikakve promocije, i ponovo poslao.
Dok sam čekao, odigrao sam 10 dolara i pogodio nekoliko puta tako da je sada bilo 100 dolara. Jupi!
onda... Ponovo su me odbili. Rekavši mi da moram da zahtevam sav iznos. Kontaktirao sam podršku da pitam šta se dešava sa mojim dobicima od čistog depozita - rekli su mi da „nije mi dozvoljeno da igram sa depozitom" (nije u uslovima i odredbama niti je pomenuto), zapravo uslovi i odredbe kažu da svi depoziti moraju biti uloženi najmanje 1 puta. Kada sam to rekao podršci, prestali su da odgovaraju. Žele da zahtevam 58 dolara i planiraju da uklone ostatak iznosa, što nije fer. Tako da još nisam ponovo zahtevao povlačenje.
Orka slotovi - dok se sve ovo dešavalo, osvojio sam preko druge sestrinske kompanije - Orka slotova. Maksimalno 30 dolara. Kada sam pokušao da podignem novac, rekli su mi da sam iskoristio više od 5 bonusa, jedan za drugim i poništili su dobitke! Bila je to samo jedna promocija. Okreti se svakog dana tokom 30 dana. Kada sam pitao podršku, rekli su mi da uplatim depozit. Jesam, ponovo 10 dolara, a sada podrška kaže da ne mogu da vrate dobitke.
Ne mogu tako loše da se prema svima ponašaju, a da i dalje budu u poslu. ???

I recieved a message from eternal slots that I should try their sister companies. There are 5 in total. They promoted a generous welcome bonus for each of a few hundred free spins (the number varied by platform) spread over 30 days. So between 15-30 per day. They also emailed each day to remind me.
I now have 2 issues with this in a week and a half.
1.Asgard slots- I got for a few hundred dollars after about a week. The amount was capped at $50 after a lengthy play through.
i submitted a withdrawal request, which claims to be super fast, completing an electronic verification in the process.
it was rejected for documentation. They requested it sent via email so I did. They kept sending the same email and wouldn’t respond to my questions in response… I had to go through the chat. This back and forth went on for 2 days- them rejecting, me trying to figure out what they wanted me to send ( they needed it as a pdf, they wanted an energy bill instead of bank statement, etc) I contacted support 8 times.
then, 2 days after they told me I had to make a deposit. And then they would approve the withdrawal. So I deposited 10$ ltc, not using any promos, and resubmitted.
as I was waiting, I played the $10 and hit a few times so it was now $100. Yay!
then…. They rejected it again. Telling me to that I had to request all of the balance. I contacted support to ask what happens to my winnings from the clean deposit- they told me I ‘was not allowed to play with the deposit (not in t&c or mentioned) in fact the t&c says all deposits must be wagered at least 1x. When I told support this they stopped responding. They want me to request 58$ and plan to remove the rest of the balance, which is not fair. So I haven’t requested the withdrawal again yet.
Orca slots- while all this was going on, I won through another sister company- Orca slots. Max $30. When I tried to withdraw that they said I had used more than 5 bonuses I. A row and they voided the winnings! It was only one promo. Spins each day for 30 days. When I asked support, they told me to make a deposit. I did, 10$ ltc again, and now support is saying they cannot give back the winnings.
they can’t possibly treat everyone this badly and still be in business. ???
