I read their bonus terms and conditions and find them quite clean - not saying it's completely fair, though.

I can understand that in case of a huge win - like yours, casinos usually contact the game provider to make sure the win is legit and sometimes it triggers an additional account check.

However, it would still be much easier for everybody if casinos start sharing information with players. I can understand, that you may feel kind of strange because you have no idea what's happening and for long are you supposed to wait.

Are you sure you have not received an email with some sort of information about this investigation and the approximal time it should take?

No I haven’t received any mail about it and everytime I got to the help center they tell me to wait until it’s done and I will know then . They can’t tell me what the investigation is about. I don’t know what the issue is maybe because of my cooloff break I really don’t know.

Hey. What do you like so much about this casino ? Do you have any specific experience in it ? 

Fake as hell! Do litterly everything to not or slow down my withdraws. 7 days later after approval and still pending. VIP manager already informed finance department 4 times 5 days ago for the first time and did not receive any reply. Yeh Right!

Hello, do you have a withdrawal problem in this casino ? You have a frozen casino account, do I understand correctly ? Is there something wrong and the casino is making some checks ? 

Let me know a bit more so I have a better overview. 

Before i started playing i asked how long does a withdraw take and they said within 3 days it's approved. So last week i made a withdraw AFTER verifcation and froze my account. I asked will it affect my withdraw and they said no it won't. Friday i unfroze it and made a deposit and made a new withdraw. Bam my account is SUDDENLY not verified anymore and had to withdraw everything again. Very strange. Now it's wednesday contacted them more then 10 times and the vip manager informed the finance team 5 times already to speed up and NOTHING happened. It's 7 days later and its still pending.
