Iskoristio/la sam vaučer na veb-sajtu „Fortune Play" i osvojio/la 4.000 evra.
Takođe sam iskoristio bonus i želeo sam da ga povučem. Nakon što sam potvrdio svoj identitet, tri dana kasnije sam dobio imejl u kojem je navedeno da sam prekršio ograničenje klađenja i da je sav novac nestao. Ograničenje klađenja je bilo 5 evra.
Takođe sam se strogo pridržavao ograničenja uloga, ali nisam shvatio da se ovih 5 evra odnosi na ukupnu opkladu. Mislio sam da je to osnovna opklada. Tako sam igrao „San Kventin 2" sa osnovnom opkladom od 0,20 evra, ali ukupnom opkladom od 9 evra (jer se uvek pojavljuju dva bonus simbola). Na kraju sam osvojio 3.800 evra (imam i video o tome).
Onda sam pisao podršci, ali su mi poslali samo pasuse.
Pošto je zaista bio nesporazum, a ja sam se inače držao ograničenja uloga, želeo sam da pitam da li bi bilo moguće dobiti barem delimičnu isplatu kao gest dobre volje.
Napisao sam imejl kazinu, ali sumnjam da će mi odgovoriti ili udovoljiti.
Ažuriranje: Dobio sam imejl u kojem je pisalo da naravno ne mogu ništa više da urade.

I redeemed a voucher on the "Fortune Play" website and won 4,000 euros.
I also completed the bonus and wanted to withdraw it. After verifying my identity, I received an email three days later stating that I had violated the wagering limit, and all the money is gone. The wagering limit was €5.
I also strictly adhered to the stake limit, but I didn't realize that these €5 applied to the total bet. I thought it was the base bet. So I played "San Quentin 2" with a base bet of €0.20 but a total bet of €9 (because two bonus symbols always appear). I ended up winning €3,800 (I also have a video about it).
I then wrote to support but they only sent me the paragraphs.
Since it really was a misunderstanding and I have otherwise stuck to the stake limits, I wanted to ask if it would be possible to get at least a partial payout as a gesture of goodwill.
I wrote an email to the casino but I doubt they will respond or accommodate me.
Update: I received an email saying that of course there is nothing more they can do.

ich habe den Bonus auch abgeschlossen und wollte diesen Auszahlen. Nachdem ich mich verifiziert habe, habe ich jetzt nach 3 Tagen eine Email bekommen das ich gegen das Einsatzlimit verstoßen habe und das gesamte Geld ist weg. Das Einsatzlimit betrug 5€.
Ich habe mich auch streng das Einsatzlimit gehalten, doch habe nich gewusst, das diese 5€ sich auf die Gesamtwette beziehen. Ich dachte auf die Basiswette. Deshalb habe ich im Spiel „San Quentin 2" mit einer Basiswette von 0,2€ aber eben mit einer Gesamtwette von 9€ (das immer direkt zwei Bonussymbole kommen) gedreht. Dabei habe ich dann 3.800€ gewonnen (habe auch ein Video dazu).
Ich habe dann auch mit dem Support geschrieben aber die haben mir immer nur die Paragrafen geschickt.
Da es wirklich ein Missverständnis war und ich mich ja wirklich sonst an die Einsatzlimits gehalten habe, wollte ich fragen ob es Möglich wäre aus Kulanz wenigstens eine Teilauszahlung zu bekommen.
Ich habe dem Casino eine E-Mail geschrieben aber bezweifle, das diese darauf eingehen bzw. mir entgegenkommen werden.
Update: Es kam eine E-mail das sie natürlich nichts mehr machen können.
