Jedina bolja ponuda koju mogu da se setim u takvim okolnostima bila bi da se bonus završi bez obzira na to kada ste ga primili. Na primer, ponuda je bila dostupna oko nedelju dana, ali ste je prihvatili neposredno pre isteka. Iskreno, nisam upoznat sa tačnim uslovima bonusa, i priznajem da mi je to samo palo na pamet.
Međutim, na ovaj ili onaj način, ubeđen sam da bi operater za ćaskanje mogao da uloži veći napor da vam objasni ovo pitanje (šta god da je bilo), kako se ne biste osećali odgurnutim.

The only kind of better-sense offer I can think of in such circumstances would be that the bonus ended regardless of when you received it. For example, an offer was available for a week or so, but you took it just before the expiration. Frankly, I'm not familiar with the exact bonus terms, and I admit it's just something that crossed my mind.
One way or another, I'm convinced the chat operator could, however, make a bigger effort to explain this issue (whatever it was) to you, so you don't feel pushed away.
