In this case, I think the best thing to do would be to write to live chat or support, possibly to email, who will be able to advise you better than us, as we are not a casino. Have you tried asking what the problem might be if you reset your password and can't log into your account ?

thank you i have set back and asked myself what happen and believe me i have proof in november of 22 i had sinus surgery at thank giving i had covid and i won the money i tried to withdraw it all and realized i can’t do that so i only tried for 1500

then i got sick with pneumonia and ended up in icu

and put on life support i was in that hospital until april with my account sitting doorment

I'm sorry to hear about what you have been through. Anyway, the issue with your account might be just a minor issue related to a dormant account. The casino may believed that you willingly stopped playing there.

Anyway, are you sure you really want to play in the casino? They have a very low safety index according to our website 😕

yes you do need it it’s i have a email from yesterday they say i don’t have an account but if i didn’t then how come i can’t make one ( cause email already in use)

Look what I just got the only thing I did wrong was give the wrong email address but still they could’ve transferred my money to a different account a long time ago
