Need assistance. Getwin Casino (getwin.com), have had my withdrawal requests in "Pending" for over a week. And they do not respond to emails. Also, their alternate "affiliates" email address isn’t operative. I’d accidentally misplaced the decimal point when transferring Bitcoin to their site (the Coin I’d been saving for years for my Mum’s Huntingtons illness therapy). I haven’t done anything wrong (no bonus promotion issues or anything like that). Can someone please help.

So, according to what I saw here, you can't withdraw your money because your VIP status is low. For me, this is specifically quite suspicious, especially in casinos with lower Safety Index.

I can verify who I am if they ask for it but it was not asked when I signed up I just really don’t understand this it’s so unfair I’ve won and have been paid before it was like 500$ , I put my own money in to it I have done everything by the book I have done nothing wrong they won’t even email me
