Pokušao treći put 3 nedelje nakon prve i ponovo 48 sati i konačno neko potvrđuje da je prošao. Nema uplate ref (oni ne dobijaju ovo, mislim da ćete otkriti da svaka transakcija ima napadnu ili uplate ref) nema žao što morate da sačekate 12 dana, a zatim nas kontaktirajte jer može ponovo da propadne!!!
kako može da propadne sada je prošlo kada kada je propao nije obradio i treći put na sreću je otišao.
drugo povlačenje koje nije uspelo 3 nedelje proior nigde se ne vidi. Račun ne prikazuje istoriju depozita ili povlačenja, nema novca, nema plaćanja, nema ništa za povlačenje od 2500 dolara.

sledećeg dana tražim ponovo i rekao sam da to moraju da zatraže i ne znam koliko će to trajati. Danima kasnije još uvek nema broja. Dan kasnije i rekao mi je da moram da pošaljem izjavu, a on mi kaže da se ne traži ref...
oni su užasni, zaista je užasno nositi se. Nedostaje uplata 2 k 2500$. Zatim spomenite povraćaj sredstava koji bi samo mogao da odvrati pažnju od neplaćanja povlačenja. Ne mogu poslati nikakve informacije o tome ništa povezano.
I’ve used a fair few casinos too and these are by far horrible to deal with. Beaten only by rouge casino who done even both to respond to messages or emails and you just told to wait for a response for days weeks and months!!

Withdraw and 4 days later told I can’t withdraw that way. Request again, 48 + hours later they tell u the data THEY told you was right is wrong, process again - ANOTHER 48 hours but on that Friday of the 48 hours there’s issue and too late to process, be Monday now, Monday becomes Tuesday and fails again!! Tried 3rd time 3 weeks after 1st one and, 48 hours again and finally someone confirms it’s gone through. No payment ref (they don’t get this, I think you’ll find every transaction has attacking or payment ref) no sorry you have to wait 12 days then contact us as it might fail again!!!
how can it fail now it’s passed when when it failed it didn’t process and third time lucky it went.
second withdraw that failed 3 weeks proior is nowhere to be seen. Account shows no deposit or withdrawl history, no money no payment no nothing for the $2500 withdrawl.

they are horrible truly horrible to deal. 2 x 2500$ payment missing. Then mention about chargebacks which could just be a distraction to non paying of withdrawals. Can’t sent any info about it nothing related.
