I have had a terrible experience getting verified at Gunsbet. I have deposited over $400 and had a win which took my account to over $2800. After this, i began my verification process and filled out the required documents. The support team kept refusing my receipt for my initial deposit, despite the fact i met all of their listed requirements. They have now said that they will refer me to another department and i am yet to hear anything. Could someone please help?

Yes, thanks for your reassurance, I will be patient. I submitted my verification documents on the 15th and the amended document in the 17th so I will give it 14 days before I investigate further. I have had a great time, along with other Dama n.v casinos I have played at it in the past. I guess that is why I am a little surprised that I have not not been verified because I have not had this issue with any of their casinos previously. Do most Dama n.v casinos operate independently? Or do they all come under the jurisdiction of Dama n.v? I would feel a lot better knowing that ultimately dama n.v is wholly responsible and liable for any of their casinos. Thanks again

Well, it mostly depends on the license, and casino management, I'd say. The owner can be the same company, the casino, however, can be under different management which sets different procedures.
