i did make withdrawal request from 10 hours until now nothing happen ! every time i do ask them they say financial department must send you email ! i did sent all decoument the need !! but no answer !! tehy are relly too slow that is relly bad

When you made the withdrawal, your account was not fully verified. Right?

So they need to verify you first and then process with the withdrawal. 🤔

May I ask if there is information on the casino's website regarding the withdrawal time, perhaps?

It is somehow difficult to proceed with all this on Sunday and within 10 hours, I would say.🤷‍♀️

You should be able to see if your account is already verified or if it is still pending.

Unfortunately, we can't intervene yet, as we give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the verification and the payment.

We'd like to hear any news regarding this, though.

Mrs with all respect ? this is the most bad casino ever I seen . after sending all the paper they need ? still they didn't get the job done ...bad experience I'm out ..

They should at least give you some information regarding the timeline for withdrawals, I believe.

I did blocked myself? It's scam .... legal scam .. you keep waiting the withdrawal .and they say we need more time to process ... 48 hours and nothing happen .. im out
