I can see it's starting to get uncomfortable. I understand that live chat is not responsible for your money and the finance department needs to resolve this situation. I also see the email, but I'm not sure how it will work out if you've been waiting since the end of November. The only positive is that the casino is still trying to communicate with you and calm you down. 

I'm sorry to say but in this case we just have to wait and see how the whole situation develops. The casino has not yet responded to the complaint, which is not a good sign either, but nothing is lost yet. 

I hope everything will be resolved and you will get your money.

Can we get a lowered rating on Heaps O Wins? It still is rated a 6.5 and it should be a 3.0 or lower given all the payout issues. It’s kinda deceiving to new players who should be avoiding this casino.

You said that: opinion. How would you assign an opinion value? The safety index is a complex calculation when we use only proven information and numbers. Frankly, opinions and user reviews are not always precise. Thus, the user feedback is accumulated separately.

Sincerely, players usually take a good experience for granted, while every non-pleasant situation ("oh my, I didn't win anything!") results in a low rating review.

If you mostly lack positive feedback, it is not fair to consider only the unproven negative vibes.

Thus, we keep the user rating separate from the safety index.

I second this question players getting paid should be the most important thing from a casino I would think!Myself I’ve been waiting four months honestly I’m not waiting anymore they took my money I just want others to be informed this casino is fraudulent and u won’t get your money if lucky enough to win and that’s facts not opinion look how many here saying the same!Heaps of wins should be renamed Heaps of crooks!

Every player is welcome to browse the unresolved complaint. The casino was "rewarded" with black points for ignoring your issues. Precisely, because you have not been paid. So there is a difference between an opinion and a fact.

This is the measurable way we decided to go when the institution of the Safety Index and Resolution Center was assembled.

Thus, we keep encouraging all players to submit the complaint every time they feel like something needs to be done; otherwise, it is merely a message. As important as such a post may be for the active or even passive members of the forum, it simply has no direct impact on the safety index.

I'm not sure what to say about Heaps-o-garbage. Our Guru here needs to lower the safety index. It is down to 6.1 now I think. They will do everything in their power to not pay winners. So the safety rating should be much, much lower. More weight needs to be added to payout processes. I can only play at 2 or 3 casinos in the U.S. with confidence that I'll be paid. My experience is requesting a payout that was cancelled without me knowing anything about the cancellation. No reason for rejecting it. So support tells me I have to make another request. Rocket scientist. Of course I do. Start the payout clock over again. I had already waited 8 days for the request that was rejected. It never said rejected. I was never sent email or any messages. Awful. I want to join this thread to let you know that they play with your payouts. They couldn't care less about your winnings. Especially if it's a crypto deposit and crypto withdrawal. If crypto is rallying, like BTC is now, most ALL of the casinos will not pay you during a rally. Beware. They sit on their crypto to make a profit. Heaps-o-Garbage practices that con job. I quit.

Hello, we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. However, if you have had your withdrawal rejected several times without any reason and the same thing keeps happening, then I would recommend that you open a complaint where our team will try to help you. The important thing is that you don't lose your money before we try to help.

Then I recommended what I would do if I were you, since you haven't got to any reason why your withdrawal is still rejected. But we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. Do you think you will give them some time or will you go ahead and file a complaint? 🤔

It's terrible that they have my bank that I use to play with. So I'll be facing the third weekend and you know these casinos do this on purpose as well. No payouts processed during the weekend. That rule too is just another stalling tactic. Along the same lines, they have plans to not payout crypto because I believe they're making yet another good profit on this since its easy to simply keep all crypto coming in, don't payout crypto until the crypto (BTC) rally begins to slow down, sell at the highest price and collect the profit. Then maybe think about paying out. These guys have even arranged to not allow me to view messages. Says I have 10 messages but then in messages I see no messages. Where do you think they sent my payout request rejection/denial message? Probably. When I let them know I can't read messages, Support gives the "send me a screenshot" (another delay tactic), try another browser, try another platform, etc. They're crooked as hell.

I find it funny that Heaps O Wins just changed their domain name from heapsofwins.com to heapsofwins.net. Probably so that they can dodge emails about payments statuses. Sector 777 and Digits 7 did the same thing. They are now .info addresses.

But heapsofwins didn't change their email address domain. Still support@heapsofwins.com. Doesn't matter anyway. They don't respond to me.

I don't know how to check the status of my withdrawal either. I can find the withdrawal request only if I go through another withdrawal. Then I see my current withdrawal request but they never put a status on there. Never, ever will me and my friends ever play there again.

I'm just guessing based on my experiences but I think that many of these turnkey online casinos can only afford to hire their payment processors for a once or twice a month payout process. Long sentence. But then again, I suppose you don't even need to use a payer. I'm thinking about this too much as you can see. Just creepy idiots.

That is why I suggested the complaint. If the casino has only excuses and you wait more than 14 days for your withdrawal, then there is nothing to wait for. Our team will try to help you. 

I see that it is still at the same stage and nothing has changed, so I probably wouldn't wait any longer if it's already the mentioned 14 days.
