That's correct a lot of those sides gives some casinos a high number even when the casino is very bad. It's paid promotion is has to be!

As I said above, I played at this casino because it had a decent rating on AskGamblers, so there was no reason not to trust it! And the casinos you're talking about are licensed in Malta, so it's impossible for French people to register there ;)

If there wagerinox is also 'mila' and doesnt pay this is very very horror. That is now fifth new casino who does not pay. Unbeliavable that this is possible year 2023, soon 2024!

Sorry to jump into the conversation, but I think it's always a good idea to do some research about the casino. I usually recommend players to check out user reviews or complaints because they usually reflect the real experience of the players and the player can read a lot of them. It's also good to check out some discussion about a casino like this one, if it exists, because I think if you read something similar at another casino, you would probably save yourself from depositing and try to check out another casino instead. 

So that's what I wanted to say and try to advise. I hope you all get your money although I wouldn't put my hand in the fire for that. 😥

Thanks for your reply Jaro. The problem with this casino is an instant bank transfer deposit that has not been credited to my player account for 5 days now. No communication. I ALWAYS look at your ratings before playing, but unfortunately for this casino I didn't and I trusted AskGamblers, where they had a correct rating, and for them the license was valid (they even confirmed it to me by email). It smells like a scam and I'm disgusted to have been manipulated like this.

The only card left to play is that this casino has its premises in the UK, so they must obey UK laws. I'm going to try to contact the British government, it's the only thing to do...

Hello, I see that you are in the same situation as all the others, you just haven't been waiting that long. I think every player is getting the same message and it's getting pretty sad. 

If you still had problems and you didn't learn anything new, then I would recommend to file a complaint, but so far we can see that no player got anywhere. 

I hope this will change soon and everyone will get their money.

And the most rigged thing is that you always can deposit first and then the verification and then they don't pay. So a lot of people don't get the money but the casino got your personal stuff..

Well, it's a pity you got yourself into this situation. But I see that you have the opposite problem with the deposit and not the withdrawal. Did you try to contact your bank in this case to see if they noticed a problem somewhere ? 

As for the rating on AskGamblers, I'm sorry that all this happened. I think now you will be even more careful and will pay more attention when you choose a new casino. 

I hope things get sorted out as soon as possible and if you have any new information, let me know. I think that I and other players will appreciate getting more details when you learn them.

I've contacted the UK Gambling Commission, telling them about the problem, and asking for a government contact. As soon as I hear back from them, I'll let you know. 


Do you think there are any other solutions?
