They closed my account or change the pasword because i can not log in anymore... email no repley. So i guess its a lost cause...😪 . Nobody know a hacker so we can find out where they are located and pay them a visit.🤣

It's f ridicilous i got the same answer everytime and the chat 'mila' does not help. Its also strange that mila ALWAYS answers. 10 days for a small withdraw is f ridicilous! I also confront them about our discussion and they litterly IGNORED it.

Hi, have you thought about filing a complaint against this casino ? We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal but if this time exceeds and nothing is resolved I would definitely go for it. If the casino fails to resolve it, they will get black points for it later. 

Of course, the best thing would be if you didn't have to file a complaint and you got your money, but so far we can see that probably won't be the case.

I agree that it is always good to check and find some information about the casino where you are going to play. That would probably be the first thing I would do. 

However, I also looked at your complaint and the casino still hasn't responded. I'm sorry because there are quite a few players waiting for money and it's certainly not pleasant. What is also sad is that since the casino has no license, there is no authority to turn to and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the casino will try to solve the problems. I would be happy if they did, but I am losing my positivity with this situation. 😥

I'd say that most of us are currently living outside the UK. Why are you asking? I'd say that once you know who to sue, you may proceed, no matter the country.

Only hope is legal or similar step and the hope is if voucherwave limited is really registered in UK. Someone said in other forum that this UK address is fake finally. I dont know law of UK if there is very simple to register some company. Hardly they havent any office, etc in UK. This is part of big scammers which including many fake companies i think. Maybe there is finally just one or couple of persons behind this. I consider to investigate this with help of someone. This is very difficult thing and scammers know that. There should be some international umbrella organisation behind all online casinos who checks all the backrounds, etc.

Everytime they make up excuses. First it was christmas and now its new year.

Yesterday a made a dumb move by cancelling one of my ongoing withdrawals and then won an additional 2000 EUR. Now they owe me 4500 EUR which I most likely never will see.

I Hope so because thats a lot of money for me!

Its just strange because I had to ask chatt support to cancel my withdraw and it took 20-25 min for them to reach my player account, meaning someone else is operating outside the chatt support. So there must be a diffrent department within the casino
