What a BS scam this is.

They are a small casino and should not take 3+ weeks to cashout these amounts!

Hi, if you have a problem I would recommend that you definitely file a complaint as it has been quite a long time since you haven't seen your money. 

Although it may seem unnecessary sometimes, if the casino does not respond and your complaint remains unresolved, the casino will be penalized. So it's always a good idea to go ahead and file it in cases like this. 

As for whether someone got paid, I haven't come across any actual situations where that has happened yet, as you can see. 🙁

I am sorry that you all have bad experiences with this casino. I saw that your complaint was unresolved because the casino didn't make an effort. The only good thing in such a case is that the casino at least gets black points for such behaviour. However, I know that sometimes it is a small patch for the players when they lose their money. 

I probably don't need to tell you that the best thing to do is to avoid this casino and not play here anymore.

Anyway, I don't think it's right when the casino ignores players, but as we can see you are not the only one in this case.

However, this casino has a fake license, so it is not licensed. This means that according to what the UKGC wrote to you and what we have on our website, you have nowhere to lodge a complaint as far as authority is concerned.

What you are talking about and what you found is information about the owner and not the license. So the casino does not have a GB license.

It looks like you won't even get anywhere, because according to our website they have a fake license. So I'm not surprised that they don't answer you because they don't have any information. So sending them emails about the license will probably be useless. 

However, I asked my colleague what you could do to help you in the context of submitting a complaint, since you said that it doesn't work for you. Do you use a VPN ? Because if you do, it would be a good idea to turn it off. Alternatively, you could try another IP address, for example, try using mobile data. 

If you do that, let me know if you managed to set it up.
