Nedavno sam otvorio ono što sam mislio da je novi nalog u Instaspin kazinu. Uzeo sam 100 funti na 540 funti pa sam odlučio da podignem 400 funti. Obavljena sva moja verifikacija da bi mi tada bilo rečeno da će moj nalog biti zatvoren i da će mi biti vraćeno samo 100 funti jer sam već imao nalog koji je zatvoren. Koristio sam sve iste podatke: ime, datum rođenja, adresu i broj telefona prilikom registracije, tako da nisam manipulisao nijednim detaljima. Da li neko zna da li imam slučaj da primim svoj puni iznos?
Svađao sam se sa njima da da sam izgubio početni depozit od 100 funti, onda mi to ne bi bilo vraćeno, ali oni stalno izbegavaju to u porukama!

I recently opened what I thought was a new account on Instaspin casino. I took £100 yo to £540 so decided to withdraw £400. Done all my verification to then be told that my account would be closed and only the £100 refunded due to me already having had an account that had been closed. I used all the same details name, date of birth, address and phone number when signing up so I didn’t manipulate any details. Does anybody know if I have a case to receive my full balance?
i have argued with them that had I lost the initial £100 deposit then that would not have been refunded but they keep avoiding that point in out messages!
