This is the answear i got from them on mail , and they have blocked my account. When i want to make a withdraw..

My accout verified 3 days ago..my payment still pending..they sent me a mail that they check withdrawals by hand..haha...they are joking with us for sure ..660 euro ..when i made the deposit needed just a few seconds to take your money ..now that they have to pay i have to wait months or lose my money...but if they think can cheat me they are very wrong!!!

What you described here is a very normal thing, especially in smaller casinos. First withdrawals always take more time, because first of all, the user's account needs to be verified, the documents sent by the player need to be checked by a special department and then the pending withdrawal gets into the queue. My withdrawal came in this morning. Strange but when I contacted them on live chat they just explained how long it would take and seem legit. Looking back now I didn’t have much issues , only got scared man because other people saying they didn’t get money back
