Kinda curious how Miidelgado's case is playing out. Looks like the complaint was submitted to Curacao Gaming about two months ago (judging by the timeframe posted with the interactions), yet this is still listed as waiting for their decision.


Has there been any further developments with this?

I'd guess that we have not yet received any sort of update from the player. Otherwise, the complaint would get updated, I dare to say.

Sadly, it's not so uncommon that Curacao does not respond at all or just informs the players about a negative result very briefly. 

I can understand that some players are simply discouraged by this development and lose interest in cooperation. 🙁

How long are you waiting for your money ? We give casinos 14 days for this process. Did the casino give you a specific reason why you have to wait ? I believe that if you win so much money the casino must check it and if they have nothing new you will have to wait, but some update would be useful, because waiting and not knowing anything is also not pleasant for the players.

What's the reasoning anyway? If I may add a theory, occasionally offshore casinos, the ones missing a GGL license, have to use 3rd party companies to allow withdrawals to citizens of Germany (and also to other heavily regulated markets). I hope I'm wrong but how do your local banks reflect gambling transactions?

Just saying it could be the case. Of course, the casino has to find solution and a reasonable explanation would be sufficient.
