I can see that if you have such feelings, it would probably be best to take a break or quit playing in online casinos. I think it should just be a casual entertainment and shouldn't cause such emotions. 

Regarding your situation, I would also contact the payment provider in this case, because it might be a mistake on their side. If the casino didn't receive the money, it's hard to do anything about it because as I said their hands are tied. Try to ask what the provider itself will tell you.

Hmm, I was referring to the provider from where you sent the money. So if it was through a bank, contact your bank to see if everything went well. If it was from another company, contact them directly.

U Švedskoj je zabranjeno slanje novca direktno u kazino ako nedostaje švedska licenca. Kazino sada ima različite "onlajn prodavnice" tako da koriste operatera plaćanja treće strane. Thanks for the clarification. Preferably, the casino and its third-party payment provider should look into this issue directly. At least it would make sense to me. Generally speaking, it's quite common for the deposit to end up in a completely different company with a different merchant code too.

Nevertheless, I advise submitting a free complaint directly through our Resolution Center if you feel helpless about what to do. Don’t do the same mistake as I did. I have played a lot, a lot. When finally I got a win of 40.000 nok and tried to withdraw , I have been waiting one day and the withdrawal was still pending . Then I went to ask when do I get my withdrawal processed they said that it takes up to two days to process it, of course they do it in purpose so you can cancel it, that’s why they won’t process it faster as other casinos does. So guys, if you want to know , yes they use 2 days to process it, I’m not sure if it’s real because I haven’t got so far to wait 2 days, I have been waiting only one day and the withdrawal was still processing so I could cancel it . Yes I have canceled it and use the funds. You will never get away with your withdrawal so it’s up to you I have closed my account

Hello, I don't want to be mean but in many casinos the withdrawal process is an even longer procedure and if you only have to wait 2 days I don't think it's a big deal at all. If you have the urge to keep playing then it's probably not good and I'm very sorry that you probably lost your money in the end. If you won such a big amount I wouldn't be surprised if the casino also did some check of gameplay, which could take even longer. 

I guess that will have to change or you will have to play in a casino where it takes a while to get your money sent to you.

Ne, ovde zapravo grešite. samo odvratna i neozbiljna kazina drže povlačenje 24 sata. Kazino sa švedskom licencom se odmah isplaćuje. Pričati o tome da moraju da "paze" kada dobijate velike pobede je takođe veliko sranje. Osvojio sam 120.000 kruna na švedskim utakmicama i isplaćeno mi je za 5 minuta. a ovo je bilo na netent slotovima.
