First of all, WikiLuck promotes with a quick payout, which is not the case. I deposited 5000 euros and just want to withdraw 5000. I did all the KYC and even sent it again by email. There is no response to emails at all. Both departments, support email and KYC email, did not respond during the 3 days.

Ich habe 5000 Euro eingezahlt und will gerade 5000 abheben habe all Kyc gemacht und nochmal sogar zusätzlich per Mail geschickt . Auf emails wird komplett nicht reagiert . Beide Abteilungen Support email und Kyc E-Mail haben während der 3 Tage nicht geantwortet .

der Live Chat sagt die finanzabteilung arbeitet an der Auszahlung . Also wenn man anfängt dran zu arbeiten , wie kann es dann so lange dauern . Ergibt eine logisch keinen Sinn . Hätte mir wirklich mehr erhofft und nachdem meine Auszahlung klappt wann auch immer werde ich da wohl nicht mehr spielen , außer es kommt jetzt noch ne Überraschung und es antwortet mal einer auf meine emails !! Und sendet das Geld in einer humanen Zeit . Wie gesagt der Screenshot und die Realität scheint eine andere zu sein
