Pa, s obzirom da nisam dobio „verifikacioni imejl" na samom početku i da nisam video kontakt imejl za podršku nigde na sajtu mog kazina u KENTU, pretpostaviću da ga nema - barem za mene. Jedini oblik komunikacije bio je ČET UŽIVO, i oni bi mi ili odgovarali na ruskom, ili bi odlazili ili bi me puštali da sedim u ćaskanju danima - a kada kažem danima, mislim DANIMA. Moji dobici su bili značajni, i definitivno bih čekao DANIMA na preko 100.000 dolara.
Da li sam pomenuo da su mi odmah zatvorili nalog ubrzo nakon što sam pobedio, i sada nemam pristup - ne mogu čak ni da promenim lozinku da bih ušao, itd... zato sumnjam da nisu pristojan i moralan kazino, koji će isplaćivati klijentima kada osvoje VELIKE iznose. Morao sam da se odreknem preko 100.000 dolara kada su to uradili.
Znate li neki način da ovo povratim? Mislim, čini mi se da je ova tema veoma „PRO" KENT kazino - što je lepo i sve to, ali po mom iskustvu, nije bilo ništa osim pljačke sa njihove strane, što smatram PREVAROM. Šta može biti gore što se može uraditi mušteriji od ovoga?
Well, considering I didn't get a "verification email" at the very beginning and that I did not see a support contact email anywhere on my casino site at KENT, I am going to take an educated guess that there isn't one - for me anyway. The only form of communication was LIVE CHAT, and they would either answer me in Russian, or they would leave or let me sit in the chat for days - and when I say days, I mean DAYS. My winnings were significant, and I would definitely wait DAYS for over 100,000 dollars.
Have I mentioned that they immediately shut down my account on me shortly after I won, and now I have no entry - I can't even change my password to get in, etc... so this is why I have the suspicions I have - that they are not a decent and moral casino, that will pay clients when they win LARGE amounts. I had to let go of over 100,000 dollars when they did this.
Do you know of some way that I can recover this? I mean, it seems to me that this thread is very "PRO" KENT Casino - which is nice and all, but my experience there was nothing but a robbery on their part, which I feel is a SCAM move. What could be worse to do to a customer than this?
