a. Odlažu isplate. Osvojio sam nešto novca i tražio sam isplatu. Odložili su ga 5 dana (i da, uvek sam mogao da ga otkažem). Odgovor iz kazina 1 dan nakon mog zahteva: "odobreli smo, vaša banka treba da obradi uplatu." - 5 dana kasnije dobio sam transfer novca u realnom vremenu, tj. lagali su (to je opšti kazino trik...tako da se kazino nada da ćete otkazati povlačenje da biste nastavili da igrate i izgubili)
b. Tražio sam zatvaranje računa 3 puta. Odgovor iz kazina: "Ne razumem. Budite precizniji." a moj račun su ostavili otvorenim. Poslednji zahtev = rekli su: „Cenim te kao igrača pa ostavljam račun otvoren još 24 sata, a onda mi javi svoju odluku." Ozbiljno... kada zatražim zatvaranje naloga = zatvorite ga! Ali oni pokušavaju sve da nastavite da igrate. I da, nakon mog prvog zahteva „molim vas da zatvorite moj račun" izgubio sam sve svoje dobitke....tako da su dobili šta su želeli.
Generalno nije loš kazino, ali zbog gore navedenog izgubio sam poverenje i osećam njihovu pohlepu. Ako ne možete da verujete kazinu = izbegavajte!

Reason:
a. They delay payouts. I won some money and I requested a payout. They delayed it 5 days (and yes, I was always able to cancel it). Upravo sam počeo da igram sa lala opkladom. Prvo nisam radio nikakvu verifikaciju naloga (ime iz Holandije… i tek sada vidim da Holanđani nisu dozvoljeni. Tako čudno
sve moje holandske izjave uključujući i moj pasoš su holandske. Prvo sam osvojio 600 evra i 400 evra. Bez ikakve provere! Svaki put plaćate cenu transfera od 20 evra, ali to je u redu. Onda sam jedno veče osvojio 17.000 evra (u međuvremenu sam posle toliko depozita bio VIP uključujući i menadžera. On me je vodio i Artur je bio veoma fin. Hteo sam da podignem novac pa sam prvo napravio 5000 evra pa oko 3200 evra jer maksimalna plata isplata je 7500 evra nedeljno. Čekao sam danima (dok je još bilo 10.000 evra na računu. Povlačenje odjednom nije moglo da se uradi zbog provere verifikacije ????????? Prve dve isplate su bile na mom holandskom račun bez verifikacije. Tako da sam igrao do 52.000 evra ... pa opet otišao dingen . Verifikacija je još uvek bila na pregledu . Dakle, kao kockar igrate .. onda morate ponovo uplatiti . U tom trenutku su mi ponudili da vratim tako da €5000 i drugi na . Igrao onda nula. Dobio sam i dva Cashback-a (zbog visokog iznosa depozita, €1500 i 35 i 100 i 510 ili tako nešto (tako jako dobro. Čak sam dobio i bonus dobro odigran i igrao sam opklada !!!' Ali sada ... kada sam u mojoj drugoj kući za odmor u Južnoj Africi ne možete da igrate sve igre. Igrao sam neke i onda kada nisam očekivao moja voljena nula je došla .... ali onda su počeli problemi … nije bilo na mom nalogu. Držim e-poštu gore-dole… takođe zato što tamo veb lokacija ne dozvoljava holandske igrače…… Bio sam tamo sa drugim kazinom i to je noćna kobila….. Ne kvarim kazino… ali sada se dešavaju čudne stvari… . Takođe su me dva puta blokirali iz ćaskanja uživo ..bez ikakvog razloga ... i danas ponovo ....
