I’ve seen your other thread regarding guaranteed withdrawal timeframes, and if such a list existed, it would probably be one of the most popular topics on this forum. Many players would love to have that kind of certainty.

In reality, there are no casinos or payment processors that can reliably guarantee withdrawals within a fixed timeframe like 24 hours for every player and every situation. Withdrawal speed always depends on multiple factors (verification status, payment method, internal checks, and sometimes circumstances on the casino’s side).

That’s also why you’ll rarely see firm guarantees discussed here. The closest thing to an answer usually comes from shared player experiences rather than promises. Reading through similar cases can help set expectations, but even then, outcomes can differ.

Unfortunately, there’s no universal shortcut. Only patterns that sometimes repeat.

And I agree that the casino should be able to discuss the timeframe with you. If I may add another perspective though, and please donot take that as advocacy for casinos, those situations are very often mentioned in the rules where casinos reserve the right to investigate this and that and run a check or temporarily restrict the account if necessary; however, I understand that players do not get those parts of the TaC in direct relation to the estimated withdrawal times mentioned elsewhere in the rules. And again, I agree the casino should at least provide a brief explanation. In my experience, these "clearly stated" time frames only apply in situations without checks, flags, or unpredictable events, such as winning a large amount or random activity checks.

Thus, we can read posts like "last month it took them just a few hours and now I have to wait several days!"

It is truly a shame it is us who try to explain the difference between a certain part of the casino rules and the reality it actually means.
