Deposit not credited in my account


Make a deposit at this casino of €427 on 2.07.2022. The deposit was withdrawn from my bank account. 


After contacting the casino twice, both responses were exactly the same, they have not received the money, the second time I sent them the bank statement, no solution. Stay away from this casino. Scammers!

Good morning Radka

First thank you for your advice, I speak also with the company who make the transaction (Sofort) and they told me. The Casino must contact with the provider they use. I send the same email explain them what they told me. I send on 19.07.2022. At the moment not answer.

I think the same. If you can prove that your bank or some e-wallet app and so on has not stopped this transfer it's up to the casino to find the problem.

I would try to ask their live chat regularly. I'm guessing now that you contacted the casino's support by email, am I correct, please?

I have problem with withdrawal 2 months now from 7 March maybe is scamm Cyprus sites..I send 15 documents for verification and every day I speak with one supporter and no help plz don't play this site I can't take my money is scamm...
