When I attempted to deposit $125 into this casino, the casino contacted me to deposit 125 DOGE.

However, when I actually deposited, only $12.5 was deposited.

Perhaps the casino misunderstood the exchange rate.


I contacted the casino about this, but never received a response.

I don't want to file a complaint because it is a small amount, but the casino probably uses a lax rate for other virtual currencies as well.

Hi it looks like it's as you say, but I think until it's confirmed we probably can't be sure of anything.

The best thing would definitely be to get an answer, but so far I see that the casino hasn't responded. 

Anyway, will you try again with support or email ? I don't think it's difficult to answer such a question. 🤔

Wanted to do a warning that deposits to lollybet do not seem to be crediting.


I deposited €500 via ETH yesterday, completed in my wallet and on the block chain. Not in my lollybet account, support isnt helping.

I haven't been given a reason. The live agent says he has no access to the process. I had previously sent in documents and the agent keeps telling me stories. First I was previously told that all.my documents had been approved, then the agent said yesterday (after many days of querying) that I was not verified, only to say today that I am indeed verified (It's always the same agent name so I assume it's the same person)so I have no idea what's going on. As for the support team, I have been sending emails daily and what always happens is that they'll wait a few hours then they'll send me an automated email asking me to rate their service. This is the kind of email.you usually get when a support ticket has been closed, so this makes me wonder whether they are intentionally ignoring me.


I have been waiting for this since the 30th of May, and this is a crypto withdrawal. The amount of money is €136 and according to their terms all withdrawals under €1000 re processed in 72 hours and the agent previously stated that they process withdrawals on the weekend as well. So I'm very frustrated.

After a lot of pressure they finally processed my withdrawal. I still advise people to be very careful. No explanation was given as to the delay, just an email saying sorry (with typos) was given. This looks like a very amateurish website and it should have a lower rating frankly.

Čekam i povlačenje sredstava od 30. maja (100 evra, a ovo pod uslovom da sam pre toga izgubio više od 100 evra) i još uvek ne mogu da dobijem svoj novac. Iako je prvo povlačenje obrađeno za manje od 24 sata.

U ćaskanju kažu da ne obrađuju plaćanja i da treba da kontaktirate putem e-pošte. Ali putem e-pošte me ignorišu.

Well, I wrote a review here that's still pending (I believe that casinos are notified of pending reviews). Another option is filing a complaint. You can do it here if 14 days have passed (which is what I would have done had it reached that time). Or you can file a complaint at lcb.org as I did. That may have helped as after they processed my withdrawal they also contacted them to say it was done. So perhaps they care about complaints. So either wait and complain here or do it there. Askgamblers is not an option for lollybet though.

It's great that you finally got the money, but I can see the price. I guess you have decided that you are not going to continue down this road and I don't blame you at all. It's nice to know accurate information and especially when it comes to verification or withdrawal. The fact that you got a different one every day doesn't add much to the credibility. 

So I wish you that the next experience will only be better. 🙂
