fileI don't think it's at the complaint level yet for me, but, I made my withdrawal request on the 6. They updated it and took the sticky bonus from the withdrawal, even after I won over 1k more than necessary for the max withdrawal. Today, the 12, my withdrawal shows as processed. I look to see if my BTC address is showing anything sent today, nope. Come to find out, customer service claims the processed status doesn't mean it's processed but processing. Yes, I mentioned the difference between the two words but nothing was accomplished. Make it make sense, please! I know, it's a gamble using a casino that isn't licenced but... I see your point and I think it would make much more sense if they stick to the pending - in progress - completed. I can't comment on behalf of the casino, but let's just say that the chat operator can hardly do anything with it, so he/she simply stuck to the one reply.

Taking the casino's point of view, the payment is processed by means that the casino no longer deals with it directly and only waits for the 3rd party feedback.

Well, not the best way, I say.

my withdrawal which was requested on the 7th of october is still pending for evaluation. I requested $500 withdrawal but due to "sticky bonus" they said the only thing left would be $421.24. So on the 17th of oct. i requested the same amount they told me and until now still did not hear anything from them. I used bitcoin foe deposit it should only take maybe at least 24 hours to withdraw bit it has been 9 days already and nothing yet. What i hate most is for them not giving me any updatesfile

If this is it, no, you can't, you have to wager/play with every deposit you make, you deposit 25, you have to wager at least 25 (or more depending on the rollover requirements the casino imposes on each clean deposit)
