I'm wondering now, has your account been fully verified, please? One way oranother, I'd say this "awaiting operator confirmation" means the money won't be released untill the operator or maybe the financial department confirms the transaction.

Both accounts are fully verified, and i made many withdrawals through the same operator and have been proceeded succesfully even after the incident , The casino customer's support emailed me that my complaint was taken care of as their specialists are waiting for the report from my payment system.

Dobro veče, 4 dana pokušavam da podignem novac u ovoj kući. Prvog dana su me zamolili da im pošaljem selfi sa pasošem, selfi sa mojim dokumentom gde živim (Azerbejdžan) a u trećoj poruci su me tražili selfi sa pasošem i mojim mejlom (sa porukom od kladionice kuća) posle. Trebalo je 3 dana da odgovorim, danas me traže sliku računa za poslednja 3 meseca (struja, gas ili voda), ne razumem zašto me to ranije nisu tražili, dokazujući moj identitet sa pasošem i državnom ispravom u ruci, zar to nije dovoljno? Kažu da morate pokazati dva dokumenta...

Problem je što ne mogu da dobijem račune ovih dana, putuje onaj ko to plaća, ja sam ovde sa ugovorom o radu... da li se to može drugačije rešiti?
