Well yes I’ve sat in the live chat for hours waiting on somebody, nobody comes and they don’t answer emails. Can’t do much else

It occurred to me that if you don't know anything and no one is responding, you could try filing a complaint with us.

If they took your winnings and you feel that it was unfair, and especially if no one is saying anything, then it's probably not right.

So I would probably try this route.
