Well, sounds quite weird, I guess that in order to provide a proper answer, you should ask the chat operator.

Ne polagajte novac u ovu kuću!!!! Oni su lopovi!!! Predstavljena su mi samo dva načina isplate (fotografija) i nemam nijedan, uvek je sve bilo bankovnim transferom. Rekli su da možete povući samo uz VISA i Mastercard. A ja ih nemam, naterali su me da izgubim nadu i strpljenje i novac jer sam znao da to više nikada neću videti. Kao što možete videti na fotografiji, novac na raspolaganju je samo u dve gornje opcije. Ili VISA ILI MASTERCARD!!!

There is some Bank options (3) to deposit from Portugal, I assume he did use one of them and for all of the 3 options, usually the withdraw method is bank transfer. And I can confirm, the casino does not offer that option!

Nema načina da ostanemo mirni kada nam je dato 30 metoda depozita i 2 načina povlačenja! Samo Visa ili Mastercard!! Jasno je da je to strategija da se novac kupaca zadrži dok ga ne potroše, što je bio moj slučaj! Mislim da su stvarno prevaranti, ne verujem ovom kazinu.
