RE: MrO Casino Voiding $7K in Winnings – Seeking Advice

Hi all,

I need to vent and confirm I’m not crazy for feeling robbed by MrO Casino.

I’ve been playing RTG slots for 5 years and cashed out over $100K at casinos like Extreme Group and Ozwin. I thought MrO was fair until tonight when they voided nearly $7K in winnings from a no max cashout code.

Background:

Two weeks ago, I deposited using the "LUCKYUP" code, which I’d used before. Due to a site issue, I couldn’t see updated terms lowering the max bet from $5 to $2. I unknowingly exceeded this and lost $700 in winnings. Despite providing proof, the appeal was denied. I let it go.

Current Issue:

Last night, I deposited ~$30 with a 140% bonus (max bet $10). I hit a $6.9K jackpot on Beary Wild, staying under the max bet, and was thrilled. Afterward, I verified the $10 limit via chat and continued playing within the rules.

Later, I used the "buy feature" for $175 on Ronin, with a $2.50 bet per spin. When I tried to withdraw $4K, my account needed verification. After submitting documents, I was told winnings were void due to a $175 bet, which isn’t true. I paid $175 to buy spins – not a single spin exceeded $2.50.

Despite emails, chat logs, and proof, MrO insists I violated terms. They claim buying features breaches the bonus, though there’s no mention of this in the T&Cs. I’ve done this for years at RTG casinos without issue.

I’m frustrated because I’ve always played fairly and followed the rules. This feels like a blatant attempt to avoid paying.

Am I wrong here? Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Peter

You can't use buy feature with bonus funds as it exceeds max bet. at any online casino

That’s not true, I’ve used the buy feature many times across several different casinos and have never had an issue with withdrawal.

Then there shouldn't be a problem but if the max bet was $10 and you bet $175 the math doesn't add up does it?

It sure doesn’t but we’re talking about 2 different things here and I can definitely sympathize with his position. Firstly, a $175 bet is not possible with most games on Mr.O and specifically not with Ronin, the game Peter claims he was playing. The max bet offered on Ronin is $50.

What I think he is referring to is the buy feature where you can pay for extra spins at your bet amount of choice. So even though he paid $175 for spins, each spin was only $2.50 bet amount. No where in the TOC’s does it claim this is against the conditions of any of their bonus codes so I’d be upset too as I often use the buy feature and have had no issues withdrawing successfully.

This is a really unpleasant situation, for sure, and you have done the right thing to file a complaint here.

I am sure that our team will investigate the matter well and will come up with the best resolution of this case.

Please keep up with your complaint resolver, and we will keep a closer look at this as well.

If you have any other information from the casino, please inform us about it.

Thanks @Romi.

in my research I found a player who also used bonus buys at MRO and got paid.

they are not defining the terms clearly and taking advantage of that by selectively reinforcing the terms when it suits them. These casinos are already put in a place of advantage and profit they have no right to be predatory on top of this. Ss attached. file

So, let's hope that our complaint team will be able to get all this resolved, and if we find out that you really haven't done anything wrong, you'll be able to get your money.

I will surely keep my fingers crossed.🤞

Hello is something up with Mr. O page? I couldn’t find it in the search and was only able to pull it up by accessing this thread through my history?

Hello,

That is probably because the content, especially reviews, is available according to local restrictions, meaning that what you can see depends on where you are from. If it would still be our call, we would love to provide details on every casino to everyone, yet frankly, the legal boundaries are getting tightened. 🙁

Perhaps screenshots will help:

By the way, the casino seems unlicensed.

Hi. Thanks for posting very helpful. . Mr O is an instant withdrawal casino. Excellent player percs program and support is A+. They also allow players to use and accept FIVE free chips or free spins instances in between withdrawal. Five! Sucks tho they just banned me after another large withdrawal that was instant and successful. Can you do me a favor since I can’t see the review in Nevada some reason and maybe post screen shot of MR. O’s SISTER PROPERTIES or similar properties it may list. I want to find another one just like it.

The max bet was most likely 2 dollars on that bonus and even if they didn’t count the 175 as a bet cause it’s not a bet, but, the 2.50 on Ronan exceeded the max bet. So it’s getting kicked back and the casino probably assumed it was the 175 buy feature. But it’s actually the 2.50 so it’s the same transaction just different part of it.

Also one time at Mr. O after play thru met, I accidentally made a bet bigger than the max bet and I immediately stopped and cashed out. Successfully. So they maybe can be leanent if the withdrawal isnt full of money involving the over betting

also from separate thread. wager requirements depend on the casinos withdrawal process imo. For example. Well. Anything over x30 wager is extremely high. But wagers that are x35 & x45 are gonna be instant withdrawal casinos most likely Your Brango , Pacific Spins , Mr O seemed to have best of both worlds on wager and withdrawal and bonus

if your playing. At an instant withdrawal casino expect the wager to be unfairly high. But the withdrawal will be instant. . And it’s normal for a wager to be x60 SIXTY when you’re playing with free money or chips. Other casinos sit at x30 consistently but withdrawals take a week or 2 plus.

Good to know, thanks! Sadly, our Safety Index says the casino is quite risky when it comes to rules and withdrawals. I'm glad to see you have never encountered any issues.

I have a better idea to see the reviews—just use a VPN for accessing the content. Since we are not a casino, we don't mind. Just make sure to check allowed countries before you decide to try out and turn off the VPN before you register in casino. 👍

I would explain that to DUONGA instead. 🙂

This is interesting. I would never put those specs into direct relation. In my opinion, wagering should not define withdrawal speed. This is where the limits came in. Well, as I said, just interesting.
