On 23.12 I uploaded all required documents in my profile. On 10.01 I met the wager requirements and I sent my documents again but this time via e-mail. Around 1 week ago they have informed me on the chat that my bank statement should be in English (any casino has never asked me for this before). Hej ljudi, čini se da će opet biti ista priča jer je sve identično sa pitanjima koju su drugi ljudi spomenuli.
Prihvatili su sve verifikacije ALI moj pasoš. Prvo su rekli da je verzija koju sam ažurirao preko njihovog sajta lošeg kvaliteta. U redu, pošteno jer su tražili maksimalnu veličinu od 2 MB. Do sada nije završena verifikacija, agent u ćaskanju uživo ne reaguje nakon što je rekao „da proverim" poslao sam prednji deo svog pasoša pre više od 3 meseca i zatražio nazad pasoš pre nedelju dana. Izgleda kao ista priča drugih igrača koji su optužili ovu stranicu da je prevara. No verification completed so far, agent on live chat unresponsive after saying "let me check" I sent front of my passport over 3 months ago and requested back of my passport over week ago . Kada budem verifikovan i kada budem imao problema sa povlačenjem, sigurno ću tražiti pomoć. Konačno su mi odgovorili na e-poštu rekavši „pošaljite nam ličnu kartu ili vozačku dozvolu" Objasnio sam da je moj jedini oblik lične karte pasoš i da nemam vozačku dozvolu (poslato im pre 3 meseca). Na njihovoj stranici za verifikaciju čak i slika pokazuje pasoš, a ne lična karta koju većina zemalja čak i nema.
