I made 4 deposits in this casino. After my last deposit on the 21st of September I managed to made a withdrawal of 50 euros. On the same day I sent my verification documents to the mail (support@universalslots.net, Ovitoons casino and username in reference/mail content) they told me in livechat. So far I didnt get a mail that I am verified and I didnt receive my withdrawal. After a couple of days I went into livechat and asked them about my verification and the withdrawal. This procedure I repeated every 2 days. Each time I got the same response: That I am not verified by now and that they inform the finance team to process my withdrawal as soon as possible. But 12 days are gone by now and nothing happens, so I write this review. Maybe you can help me to get my 50 euros.

Hi, if the casino keeps giving you the same information and your situation hasn't changed, we'll probably have to consider filing a complaint. We give casinos 14 days to resolve both withdrawal and KYC issues, but since you keep getting the same answer, I don't think it will go anywhere.

No way! Do you feel relieved? I certainly would. 😀

So, what do you plan now? Finding yourself a casino with a better safety index, maybe? 4,9 out of 10 is quite low for my taste,..

Hopefully, the casino management will work on that.
