I'm really sorry that the casino was not willing to communicate with our team regarding your complaint.

Please know that the safety index of every casino goes down whenever there is an unresolved complaint, and it depends on the amount of how many black points will be given.

I can see that on Wednesday it will go down to 8.1, actually.

Also, please know that user reviews actually don't count in the safety index. 🤷‍♀️

Za sve, evo opisa problema:

Savetujem oprez sa ovim kazinom. U početku sam bio prilično impresioniran, sve dok nisam osvojio veliku sumu i želeo da je podignem. Čekam već više od dve nedelje na prvo od tri isplate od 500 evra. Kazino ima dnevni limit od 500 evra, sa maksimumom od tri isplate. Još 1.500 evra je i dalje na mom računu i ne mogu da ih podignem jer imam maksimalan broj isplata na čekanju. Račun je verifikovan i već sam uspešno primio isplate.

Kada postavljam pitanja putem ćaskanja uživo, uvek dobijam samo izgovore.

Sada sumnjam u ozbiljnost ovog kazina.


Svako ko je imao negativna iskustva treba da ovo prijavi na svim dostupnim portalima.

Potpuno ista stvar se dogodila u kazinu Spins247. Imam tri isplate na čekanju već dve nedelje, i ništa se nije desilo. Kazino bi trebalo da se zatvori 11. avgusta, i radoznao sam da vidim da li ću dobiti svoj novac. Ukupno je 1.350 evra.
