I have filed a complaint with the casinos of B2C operator N1 Interactive limited (MGA licensed casino) (some of their brands). I also accidentally contacted playamo with my complaint. In this complaint I list some MGA regulations that the casinos have broken. The casinos answered. All good and right. But Playamo (Antillephone) replied at the same time and verbatim as the MGA Casino. Is it normal and legitimate that they have the same management and/or grievance body as MGA? Keyword: key function? Again, it says that Playamo is "related" to MGA casinos (cookies, avalon, bobcasino)

I don't know if this is compatible with the key functions when casinos of different licenses have the same management and complaints department. I also find it highly dishonest when a Curacao licensed casino responds to a complaint with the same words as the complaint against a MGA licensed casino.
