Did you try to ask the casino about this and how should you solve it when the minimum withdrawal is $220 but the maximum from the coupon is $180 ? I was a member awhile ago and lost. I wanted to reopen my account to try again and when I contacted them via chat they told me this.

According to our information there shouldn't be any problems with players from USA playing here. My colleague from the data team has confirmed that everything should be fine and there is not a single block that would indicate that it is not possible for players from the USA to play here. Do you have any screenshots from the conversation or from not being able to get into the casino?

Well I just contacted them. A rep named Kenny said that I closed the account Correct? I said yes but I would like to try again. It took 20 minutes of waiting and he finally responded and said
