So I made deposit maybe 3-4 weeks ago. I place 1st bet and lose. After I placed another bet on football and won, but was surprised, because my bet was payed with odd 1 (they said there was some unusual activity). Then I tried to place 3d bet on Real Madrid, but maxbet was set 1$ for my acc. I was angry and request withdrawl. It was canceled and they asked my to wager x5 in casino (i cannot wager on bets because of 1$ maxbet). I made even THAT (i said them that im not played casino at all, and dont want to start, but pribet said its only way to wager). After wager, Im waiting from 23 of January for my withdrawl. Its pending. Everyday Im contacting via chat and they says every time the same (our finantial team is checking, our financial team is working, etc).

Hi, can I ask if your 5x wager deposit ends up in slots or sports ? I was talking to my colleagues and it seems quite unfair that the casino asks you to wager your deposit only on slots in the casino. What was the unusual activity on your betting ? Did the casino give you a specific reason ?

Hi, Jaro. My bet was placed on some Israel football, just random bet. About wager - they dont ask me to wager on slots, to be fair, but its only 2 ways to wager - sportbets and casino, right? How i can wager 500$ with 1$ maxbet? so only way was casino. but i was lucky to do it on lowrisk things in casino.
My withdrawal = my deposit. I dont ask any wins or something. Just want my money back.
Yeah, tomorrow if they will not proceed my withdrawl I will fill a complaint.

Thank you for the clarification. I asked mainly because when it comes to sports betting we don't deal with it because we don't have experts and it's important to know in advance. I thought the casino told you that you have to wager your deposit only in the casino. But you did it anyway because $1 maxbet would have been very lucky.
As for the withdrawal, did the casino tell you anything about it ? Are you in contact with them ?
I'm quite curious how it will turn out in the end. Let me know if you have any news.
