Most likely to push my negative comment down and out of sight, the site contacted people who had done shoots — or even those who had experienced issues during shoots — and offered them rewards in exchange for posting positive comments under a specific thread. The sudden wave of "good" reviews here is not a coincidence. This is a common tactic. I have personally received a similar offer from another platform before, so I know exactly how this works.
Mr. Jaro, I believe it should now be clear that my position is justified. The site not only caused my financial loss and kept my money, but also attempted to cover it up.
My expectation was simple: they should have corrected their mistake at the time and resolved the issue properly. Even if delayed, they could have contacted me, informed me that the problem was fixed, and asked me to state this publicly. That is what professionalism looks like. Instead, none of that happened.
