Ako zaista želite da razumete šta se dogodilo, pogledajte prvu objavu ove teme. Svi relevantni detalji su tamo jasno navedeni. Moja žalba možda više nije vidljiva redovnim korisnicima jer je uklonjena, ali administratori bi i dalje trebalo da mogu da vide istoriju žalbi u svom internom panelu.
U ovom trenutku, reći „naš tim za žalbe je mogao da pomogne" nije verodostojno. Jesam podneo žalbu, a jedini ishod je bio da sam ignorisan i ućutkan. To su činjenice.
The question "why didn’t you file a complaint?" is based on an incorrect assumption. I did file a complaint. Not only did I open this thread on the forum, but I also submitted a complaint through the site’s own complaint system. The result? My complaint was removed and completely ignored.
It is also quite obvious that a significant portion of the so-called "user reviews" on this forum are not from genuine users. Many of these comments appear to be written either by site supporters or by people directly affiliated with the site. There is no sign of independent or organic user feedback.
As for my case:
All of my winnings were deleted
My account was subsequently closed
No clear or valid explanation was provided
If you genuinely want to understand what happened, please refer to the very first post of this thread. All relevant details are clearly stated there. My complaint may no longer be visible to regular users because it was removed, but the administrators should still be able to see the complaint history in their internal panel.
At this point, saying "our complaint team could have helped" is not credible. I did file a complaint, and the only outcome was being ignored and silenced. These are the facts.
