This site deleted my winnings and shut down my account without justification.

I clearly explained everything when I opened the case.

Do not believe the "play and win" comments here. The reality is simple:

Once you win, they will NOT pay you.

I experienced this firsthand.

Win → excuses → account closed.

The question "why didn’t you file a complaint?" is based on an incorrect assumption. I did file a complaint. Not only did I open this thread on the forum, but I also submitted a complaint through the site’s own complaint system. The result? My complaint was removed and completely ignored.

It is also quite obvious that a significant portion of the so-called "user reviews" on this forum are not from genuine users. Many of these comments appear to be written either by site supporters or by people directly affiliated with the site. There is no sign of independent or organic user feedback.

As for my case:

All of my winnings were deleted

My account was subsequently closed

No clear or valid explanation was provided

If you genuinely want to understand what happened, please refer to the very first post of this thread. All relevant details are clearly stated there. My complaint may no longer be visible to regular users because it was removed, but the administrators should still be able to see the complaint history in their internal panel.

At this point, saying "our complaint team could have helped" is not credible. I did file a complaint, and the only outcome was being ignored and silenced. These are the facts.

You can contact Rakebit directly and verify this yourselves. These sites do not "lose" data — they simply block accounts. All of my gameplay history is still stored in their database.

If you formally request my game and transaction history from Rakebit, you will clearly see that:

my winnings were unjustly confiscated

my account was closed without valid cause

The evidence exists. It has always existed. It just requires you to actually request it instead of questioning whether the complaint is "too old."

You did not file any complaint on our website; there is no record of it whatsoever. If you had filed a complaint directly on the casino's site, unfortunately we have nothing to do with it, and we are surely not able to see it either.

Unfortunately, we can't do that because no complaint was filed within the 6-month time frame when we are able to intervene. If this happened 9 months ago, we won't be able to intervene anymore.

This timeframe is the same with every complaint at any online casino, and we do so according to our guidelines.

Mr. Jaro, I believe it should now be clear that my position is justified. The site not only caused my financial loss and kept my money, but also attempted to cover it up.

My expectation was simple: they should have corrected their mistake at the time and resolved the issue properly. Even if delayed, they could have contacted me, informed me that the problem was fixed, and asked me to state this publicly. That is what professionalism looks like. Instead, none of that happened.

This is the reality of what I experienced. Everyone can draw their own conclusions.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about what happened to you. Why didn't you come here when the casino didn't solve your problem? We would have tried to do everything in our power to make sure everything turned out fair. I'm not saying that it would have been positive for you, but if there was any chance, I would have tried to take advantage of it. 

As for positive comments, it's clear to me that when players suddenly start praising the casino out of nowhere, it's not just like that. That's why I always ask questions, and I usually know that there's some kind of reward behind it. 

It helps us track user reviews so that we don't accept them.
