I'd ask why you didn't come in sooner and let us know, and we'd try to help you. Do you have any screenshots or evidence that would help you now ? In cases like this I would recommend you to file a complaint with us but since it's been a few months and you don't know how your account is doing I don't know how it would turn out. It's your money you lost and if you haven't got any reasonable reason, then it doesn't seem fair to me. 

So let me know where you stand please.

I already filed a complaint with you guys. There were 2 reason The other reason they didn’t wanted to approve my withdrawals without giving me a valid reason. I already accepted as a loss since I gambled the money away knowing they won’t approve it. But yeah I didn’t had any acces to my account and them ignoring me it’s hard to have some of kind proof to provide

Oh, I'm so sorry, I can see why we couldn't help you. If you lost your money in the end out of frustration, then there's basically nothing to save. In cases like this, even though I know it's difficult, you have to just keep your head cool and leave the money alone and wait if our team can resolve the situation. 

But after this whole incident, at least you know where you probably don't want to play anymore and your experience can be useful for other players. 

I hope you won't come across anything like this again and that everything will be better. 😕

Zdravo, proverio sam posle nekoliko pokušaja i kada sam konačno uspeo da povučem, blokirali su račun i rekli da je prekršio uslove kazina i da ne mogu da povratim svoj uplaćeni novac.

Okay, and did they say what specifically you violated ? I think there should always be some kind of explanation, because if they take your money just like that, it's not right.

Tako je, jako su otežali verifikaciju naloga, kada sam konačno uspeo da ga verifikujem, tražio sam povlačenje sutradan, nalog je blokiran, ušao sam u ćaskanje, rekli su mi da sam prekršio uslove i da Nisam mogao da vratim svoj novac

i cant reach live support or email service for over 2 months, i want to close my account. This company should be shut down for their criminal activity of not providing customer service and being toxic and not thinking about gambling addictions.

If the reason for closing your account is a gambling issue, they should act promptly, for sure.

They dont have livechat and wont reply to emails.........

their bot chat gave a link to rakoo site but it forwarded me to https://cuscocasino.com/ , same issue there with livechat and email communication, its 0.

Is it not illigal to not reply to customers and they dont want to close accounts.

It matters a lot, actually. This way we could be able to help.

If a player doesn't clearly state the reason, many times we can't do anything.

So, hopefully our complaint team will get in touch with the casino in order to get everything solved right.
