Izgubio si tvoj novac i ako nemaš razuman razlog, onda mi se ne čini fer.

I'd ask why you didn't come in sooner and let us know, and we'd try to help you. Do you have any screenshots or evidence that would help you now ? In cases like this I would recommend you to file a complaint with us but since it's been a few months and you don't know how your account is doing I don't know how it would turn out. It's your money you lost and if you haven't got any reasonable reason, then it doesn't seem fair to me.
