My experience with them is they just lost my deposit. I brought it to there attention and it took 10 emails for them to accept that there was an issue. I proved the payment and they blamed the bank they use and then me and then a relevant department. Either way my deposit was never loaded to my account and at the time of review I doubt it ever will be. Maybe they'll lodge your money maybe they won't. Maybe it's just me but I prefer to press the play button a few times instead of sending non stop emails. They can keep the money for all I care now.
