How long have you been waiting for your withdrawal, if I may ask?

I requested withdrawal 2 days ago but I had to get verified, so I sent my documents and they are saying hopefully I’ll be verified in the next 24hrs and then they can process my withdrawal

They wanted ID, Proof of address ect. They are now processing my withdrawal and they said it will take 36hours so fingers crossed it all goes through

Generally they take 5 days after that.

Does that mean you have already completed verification?

I have been waiting for them to process my payment for 5 days now, they verified all my documents 4 days ago but still won't process my payment.

They first told me I am in the Queue for payment and are now telling me it is with the finance team and be with me shortly, they have been telling me that for 4 days

They do take the there time but I have had 3 payments from them and have learned they will pay it when they can be bothered. They also don't work weekends like some places. I now use let's jackpot as they pay the same day if you win earlier enough.

How long did you have to wait for first payment ?

Nearly 2 weeks I think. I was sending emails everyday and live chat to the point they blocked me. My last 2 was paid in 5 days and I'm waiting for another.
