Sometimes with deposit, sometimes not

I've started playing here currently doing the first deposit sports bonus. I've deposited 100$ and got 100$ bonus balance. When you win a bet the winnings go to your bonus balance. I need to wager 5842$ and you have a 5x wager multiplier on sports, but only if you bet multiples. Before depositing they only represented the 5x wager nothing about multiples and nothing about winnings going to bonus balance. So it's not really transparent and you only have 7 days to complete the rollover otherwise your bonus funds will be lost. I wish they could be more transparent about their bonuses.

Sometimes it can be good to read things that are written in the Terms by the bonuses. You should get everything you need there, and if it wasn't there, then I'd probably be just as angry.

 Anyway, I often encounter that players get a bonus on their email or see it somewhere and it doesn't have to be written there, although it would be very good if it was. Have you tried to check everywhere about the bonus you got? 

I haven't encountered with the multiples and bet winnings going to your bonus balance even if you bet with real balance rules. It could be that they hid it somewere in the general terms which I did not check, but from now on I will definetly check it always. Also 5x indicates only the rollover multiplier if you bet with multiples, but the actual wager you need to do is still 30x rollover if you don't bet multiples even on sports. This is a crucial term and they just seem not to care to add this to the bonus description. I see their motives since multiples are much more profitable for them and worse for the player, but still it would be good if they would atleast give you the information so you don't get surprised after you deposit and start playing. Keep in mind players need to complete this in only 7 days so they could waste precious time as well with hunting for this information.

I think this is comprehensive and great information from you, even if it didn't have a pleasant course in the casino. Definitely always read the general terms and conditions as well, because often some things are right there and not in the bonus itself. 

As far as player or casino benefits are concerned, I think that in the end most bonuses are better for the casino than for the player and therefore I personally would not play them.

Just used 50% deposit bonus for sports and I asked support if I could cancel it without losing my real balance and they said no. Not stated in the bonus terms, neither in terms of conditions. Now I need to complete 5x wager on my 200 euros + 100 euros bonus to withdraw. Nice transparency again.

Can I ask you, why you take bonuses when in the end you want to cancel them? In most of the casinos you won't have this option to cancel it. I don't see the point to be honest. If you don't want the bonus and casino for example give it to you without your consent, just try to talk to any casino beforehand. You can find out if it is possible to cancel the bonus or how it is and then you can deposit.

You are right, they should write these things into Terms but as you can see, not everywhere it is a must.

So please, be careful next time with it and try to avoid such unpleasant situation. 🙁
