This is not the best feedback, and I'd say players should take advantage of your experience. Two weeks are far too much for the verification in my books, hence I'd be disappointed too, I reckon.
What interests me the most is the bonus, however.
Just to be sure - how many no-deposit bonuses have you taken till the withdrawal was rejected?

I only used 1 bonus after requesting a withdraw and account verification 4 times, they said the withdraw was approved but i had another bonus to play. I did not realize I had another bonus, so I had to only complete 10 spins and then the money was coming thru the mail. Hours later they claimed I could not get paid because i used 2 bonuses. They made me play 2 bonuses

Took me about 5 days to get verified. Another 5 to get paid. Their Live chat it TOP TEIR...very helpful, patient and efficient. I like this Casino is is one of my "keepers". There is currently no way to keep track of ANYTHING related to your account except Login/Password Balance and Playthrough remaining. She (Jodi) thoroughly explained to me that they are still trying to get some things together and it will be available eventually. Its a basic 30 X PT.
