Morao sam da im pošaljem izvod iz banke (dokaz adrese), fotografiju obe strane kartice na koju sam položio novac - traže da zamutite cifre osim prvih šest i poslednje četiri (dokaz o uplati), i moja vozačka dozvola (dokaz identiteta). Vratili su se prilično brzo da budem fer prema njima, ispod 24 sata, što mi daje neku nadu.
Zatim sam kontaktirao podršku za ćaskanje da pitam koliko će vremena trebati da novac dođe na moj račun i rekli su da bi to moglo da potraje najviše 36 sati, ali i da ću morati da otkažem svoje povlačenje jer će biti odbijeno bio preko 1.000 EUR maksimalne dnevne isplate. Tako da sam zamerao povlačenje, ovog puta podeljeno na 1.000 EUR i drugo na 500 EUR, koje bi trebalo da dobijem u narednih nekoliko dana...
Tako da ću saznati pre kraja nedelje i ažurirati ovde, ali za sada je tako dobro.

I had to send them a bank statement (proof of address), a photo of both sides of the card I deposited the money with - they ask you to blur out the digits except the first six and last four (proof of payment), and my driver's license (proof of identity). They got back pretty quickly to be fair to them, under 24 hours, which gives me some hope.
I then contacted chat support to ask how long it'd take for the money to get into my account and they said it could take a maximum of 36 hours, but also that I would have to cancel my withdrawal as it would be rejected as it was over the 1,000 EUR maximum daily withdrawal allowance. So I've resent the withdrawal, this time split into 1,000 EUR and another for 500 EUR, which I should receive over the next few days...
So I shall find out before the end of the week and update here, but so far, so good.
