Zdravo, pokušao sam sve da zatvorim svoj nalog u ovom jadnom kazinu. Njihova idiotska podrška mi kaže da pošaljem imejl i inače mi uopšte ne pomažu sa svojom bezgraničnom nesposobnošću. Lažu me i tvrde da su odgovorili na moje imejlove, što nije istina, i mogu to da dokažem. Već sam poslao osam imejlova, nema odgovora. Čak sam pribegao i uvredama u ćaskanju, nadajući se da će mi konačno blokirati nalog. Bilo koji drugi kazino bi me doživotno zabranio, ali ne i ovaj jadni kazino. Neće me blokirati i dozvoliće mi da nastavim da uplaćujem i gubim. Ne želim da podnesem žalbu jer je besmisleno; ovi jadni prevaranti ovde ne odgovaraju. Pročitao sam žalbe. Da li neko ima kontakt informacije regulatornog tela? Ne mogu da pristupim njihovoj veb stranici jer ne vidim licencu za ovaj jadni kazino.

I don't even know what to write about this, to be honest. If the casino does nothing to close your account, that's exactly how it shouldn't be. Complaining would help, at least in the sense that other players would see that they don't solve such problems with us or with other players, and it might alert them when deciding whether to play there. 

When they told you they sent you an email or replied, did you ask if they could provide any proof? Swearing at them or talking rudely probably won't help.
