nije li i ovo nepošteno finansiranje u ovom kazinu...

As far as I understand, if you close the account with zero balance, everything is ok. So just to be sure, is your balance at zero, please?


Update: This rule is ok, the casino's account is not a bank account and players are not welcome to "store" money there. I guess that your account must have been inactive for quite some time, am I correct?

So they ask me for different kinds of documents and deny my stuff for several times. It takes me two weeks and probably 15 emails to get through the kyc. What I get in the end is nothing. They did this whole process just to annoy me for weeks.


"We want to let you know that your account is closed permanently and winnings are confiscated due to breach in our Terms and Conditions. We'll refund the deposit amount of €100 back to your bank account."


I can tell exactly what I did. I deposit 100€ for welcome 100e 100% NONSTICKY bonus. I withdraw 1200€ after wagering around 130€ on raw money part with 5€ bet only. That is everything. They see this as a breach.


They claim to be an MGA casino on the front page...

...but they are actually under Kahnawake. I sent KGC a complaint already, but I just wanna warn you guys. I should've done some research before this. After googling I found really similar stuff what happened to me.
