U svakom slučaju, smatram da je prilično nepravedno nakon što sam pročitao da čak i ako si uradio ono što ti je rečeno da uradiš, problem je uvek bio tu. Smešno je ako ti kažu šta da radiš i onda možeš da odbiješ, a ako to uradiš i pobediš, onda opet postoji neki razlog zašto oni to ne žele. Onda daju neku opštu izjavu koju ste slomili.

Svakako bih se požalio da se i meni desi isto, a nisam siguran šta su još hteli od tebe.

Zato pokušajte da koristite jednu od ovih stranica kao što sam rekao da ću ih dodati.-

Pre 3 dana, kazino je, pod pretnjom kazni od CEG-a, vratio novac na moj saldo (4.300$) - a danas sam ga konačno povukao. Veliko hvala CEG-u i sram vas bilo - ni saveta, ni podrške, ni pomoći od vas - jedno naduvano samopoštovanje, pretvorili ste se u reklamni đubretarski kazino.... ALI nikad nije kasno da se promenite na bolje - ja bar verujem u moć dobra i pravde - želim vam da pokušate da napravite korak ka pravdi!

Procenjujete brend i ne uzimate u obzir očiglednu prevaru kazina - pre ili kasnije to će uticati na igrače iz kazina - i brišete moju recenziju i ne snižavate ocenu kazina. Da razumete - imao sam zajedničku nit pisama na svoju žalbu zajedno sa kazinom - nije dao NI JEDAN argument o mojim navodnim kršenjima. Jednostavno su vratili novac pod pretnjom novčane kazne regulatora! Svako pravi svoj izbor u životu – ne bih mogao da napišem ovaj post – ja sam dobio svoj novac, ali mislim na one ljude koji se mogu suočiti sa sličnim problemom – nije vas briga – uprkos činjenici da zarađujete pare kazino recenzijama – razmislite malo o poštenju i pristojnosti, kao i o prevarenim ljudima....

If you were playing casino games, we would try to help you if we assessed that the casino was doing something that was unfair to you. 

So that goes hand in hand with the rating you mention. The rating can be changed on the basis of a complaint, but it must be justified. Again, I'm not saying your complaint wasn't, but because of sports betting it was for us. Therefore, nothing can change because we are reviewing the casino. I also understand that when you talk about the whole brand and take it as a unit, it has some logic. We, and I have repeated this several times, do not have the capacity to have a review on sportsbook, or the people to deal with complaints in this area. Maybe one day we will get there and then we will be able to talk about the whole brand and the problems that arise from either the casino or the sports.
