Since the casino has a license which is unverifiable is there a way Casino Guru can check this?


As now it looks like yes, this casino has a license but no we don't know if that's true.

They never respond to any request via there email info@slootz.io, and simple ignore complaints, i think this is another scam operation

Did you contact their 'Licensor'?


As they claim to be licensed but so far no confirmation that this is true or false you can always contact the Licensor the casino links to and forward your case/complaint, might help in forcing them to respond.

My account is fully verified, payment option is approved but the withdrawl is on pending since 5 days ago, everytime i ask them in live support they say sorry for the delay we are working on it. I deposited with bank and this is the first time i withdraw there...

Do you also withdraw in the same way as you deposited ? Did the casino give you any reason other than to apologize for taking a little longer ? However, I would like to mention that we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process so I wouldn't be skeptical just yet. I withdraw the same way i deposited. They say they are busy with the backlogs but they keep giving the same answer every day.... nothing changes. i also read alot of complains about this casino withdrawal... im so worried because i need this money

So I'm sorry that nothing has moved forward and the casino just keeps giving the same answer. However, I did mention that we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process.

Thank you for your reply. I think that 5 days is still not a disaster and I would recommend to be patient for a while and we will see how the casino will eventually resolve it. If it doesn't work out then as I have already outlined, it will be your turn to file a complaint and our team will try to help you.
