verification seems to be done as profile says "KYC verified" - I made a deposit via Interac e-transfer so emailed a reply to ask what they may need for proof of payment for that in case.


they said two days business days to process a withdraw, so we’ll see what happens as it’s coming up to that point now.

I got a email today from them, they removed all my winnings (approx 450$) and left me with only my initial deposit (45$) back in my account.

they noted their terms state - when using a sports bonus, any wagers cannot be more than the initial deposit, which I missed when reading

so because some I placed and had won some wagers which were more than 45$ they removed all my winnings after about 2 days.

Oh, I'm so sorry. It's sad if you've failed and they don't pay you money because of it. 

I would also like to mention that we don't deal with sports betting specifically because we don't have any experts in this context, so now I am even more sorry and I obviously know how it will turn out. 😥
