I fear there is no "someone" you can contact, but we can talk about her on the forum. The basic idea is that every casino has faced delay, and withdrawal speed is not part of the Safety Index unless we can prove that the casino has delayed most players' withdrawals deliberately.

I understand this may sound unusual, but withdrawal speed is not a significant factor in the safety index because it cannot be measured for every payment method, country, or even KYC; therefore, it is not included in the index. That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that their terms and conditions says "withdrawals will be handled within 3 business days" but for some people it has been weeks without them even saying anything. No requests for KYC, nothing. I myself have contacted support twice and they have just said "the finance team wants me to apologize and they will put you in the priority queue we're so sorry about this." Thats it.

That was part of my response to the other player I mentioned earlier.

To be honest with you, the payout speeds mentioned in the rules are sort of the best theoretical possibilities. Casinos in delay won't change the limits in rules. Instead, the rules are subject to change anytime and all the time; thus, it is important to at least keep the players informed once the payment is delayed.

I understand it would be great if every casino had some sort of flexible rules, including real withdrawal speed, but it is the same with our index—it is not practically possible. 🙁

Hard truth is, sometimes it takes longer to withdraw, no matter the sum.

Delay is delay and the only one who can affect it is the casino; if they have been delayed, they obviously had a hard time informing each player. From a logical point of view, it makes sense; however, I agree that lost trust is hard to fix, and such an approach to withdrawals will certainly make many players unhappy.
