You're welcome. It's better to read the positive feedback than reading the sad stories of players who played in casinos with extremely bad rating before checking the reviews on our website 😕 Some lessons are really costly.

I'm far from recommending anybody to play in a casino with a bad reputation, but you made a point because even the worst reputation does not necessarily mean that the games are rigged - manipulated so you can't win. BUT, if you managed to meet all requirements (such a bad casino will probably suffer the penalty for unfair conditions at least), you possibly risk unfair treatment and issues with withdrawal.

When a complaint is submitted and a casino guru representative wants to contact the casino's representative in question, I have noticed they post it on the complaint. Is this the only way to contact them? What if they don't respond?

Hi, we are giving casino a total of 14 days to respond to the complaint after inviting casino to the discussion. If they don't answer to us, then there is often not much we can do about it and complaint is marked as "No reaction, passive regulator"

Beware of high ratings/reviews of this casino. I read thru this casino's reviews after being ripped off from them and was not surprised to discover that so many of the reviews are fake! Multiple reviews use the same language - "a nice win to take home" "slick platform" blah blah blah. Does anyone actually use the word slick under the age of 70? It's all cheeze and rice reviews. Proceed with caution they ripped me off for $621

When reading the email below from the casino, keep in mind that the second address they are asking me to verify is an old address - haven't lived there in over a year and is not the address on my spinfinity account or my bank account (despite the fact that it's not even the right "old address") They transposed the numbers in it, so essentially I've never lived at that address so I could never even verify it if I wanted to. I never played at their sister site, maybe I opened an account there but I never played.

Also 2 of the cards they want me to verify, I don't have anymore they have been canceled as stolen or lost.

Below is the actual email from their support team, requesting these ridiculous and over the top verification that really just proves they don't want to pay me. The kicker is, I've spent thousands of dollars at this casino. SAD...Beware!


They cancelled my account before anything could even get handled.

In regard to the card copies sent in they are digitally edited (drawn over) and we are unable to accept documents that have been edited in anyway per the terms of the casino.

If you'll please send a New Copy of the card ending in 3170, as well as Front & Back of cards ending 4190 / 3564 / 3076 as these where used in our casino group on our site slots ninja

For your security you can cover the CVC with a small strip of paper. My time spent at this casino was an enjoyable experience. While I didn't manage to snag any significant wins during my visit, I found the overall atmosphere and offerings quite appealing. I have reported this casino to the gaming authority. Sent in all my documentation, all my deposits totaling close to 5k just for the month of September. If they won't pay a $621 payout after spending 5k just in one month of playing at their casino then I'd say SCAM. Stay far away from this casino if you know what's good for you. Read reviews with a discerning eye. This casino should not have a high rating - period.

The kicker to all of this is that they ended up refunding 4 of my deposits back into my account (totalling $200) without me even asking. I just noticed them one day, and while you may think that is kind of them, it begs the question of why they had no problem putting those deposits into my account, but not my winnings? Right? Further $200 is insulting considering I've spent 5k just in September at their casino. I have an open complaint here but it's not moving very fast so I"ve taken matters into my own hands and plan on making sure everyone knows about this experience including the gaming authority.

I went through the reviews. I'm not saying the players are from the US even though they have it in their profile, but they're not the same person (most likely). I couldn't find any clear evidence that would allow me to reject those reviews. I agree they may sound a bit suspicious, but that applies to many positive reviews on other casinos as well. All I need is evidence, unfortunately it's lacking in this case.

Poof your winnings gone. Stay away from them. They wanted me to verify old addresses I didn't live at any more. Old credit cards I don't have anymore. Joke. There are far better casinos out there, don't waste your money or your sanity. Even after spending close to 5k in one month, they wouldn't even give me a measly $600 in winnings. Please tell everyone you know. The only way to stop these casinos from ripping everyone off is to start exposing these tactics on websites like this. Be diligent about it too because they love to post fake reviews so the real ones get pushed down and their ratings go up. I'm really tired of being ripped off from casinos...and I intend to use the 20 years of digital marketing experience I have, to make sure they are exposed.

For the first part, I'd like to say that hopefully, we'll get further insight through your complaint.

I agree that there is no point in verifying old cards or addresses; it truly sounds unprofessional. I'd love to see the casino's arguments on this subject.

I also agree with your opinion about fake user reviews and their role in the gambling industry. Yet as was explained, all we need is certain proof. Rejecting suspicious user reviews solely on our inner feelings is a double-edged sword, as result, we may lose hard-earned credibility by doing so.

Aside from that, user rating is kept separately from the safety index because there is no guarantee that we will distinguish all "fake" reviews, even though we try really hard.
