Spintornado is a new casino from "Voucherwave" they also have turbospins.io.


They are a fake casino wich fake their liscense be carefull. They even fake the GC lisence website wich says they are being verified.


Even the adresses are fake. They claim to be in the UK. But if you look up the adresses you see other company's are located there. For example a lawfirm! ( how ironic )


I also found out they have more casino's under a different brand name. " Favorit United b.v".


Best known for Gamblii, Winstler, GXmble and many more.


Same enterprise , same fake licenses etc


Seems like a criminal organisation.

Gaming Curacao can intervene by taking the sites down for forgery as it is very likely that they operate in/through Curacao.


With new casinos that seem too good to be true paying with a Mastercard/Visa could be handy as you can file a chargeback afterwards for fraud by the company.


Unfortunately these casinos target EU gamblers that either don't want to gamble on legal casinos in their own country, don't know that its illegal to gamble here or are addicted.


One way or another these websites are shady and should be avoided at all times.

Yes i noticed this too:

But at least this voucherwave is really registered in UK. This is some hope. Now someone should be contacted for example gov.uk and investigate more info. My english so weak that i am not good person to do this.


Yes, this is overall very bad thing that scammers (or similar) can continue to rob players money. Nobody does not do anything!

I got scammed and lured by a sister casino named Winstler Casino. They have no license to let me register and deposit money to their casino. They have no right to lure me in with ADS. I am trying to get my deposits back now in a refund. But at this moment they are refusing and ignoring me. By no refund i will report then to the Dutch authorities. They will handleiding this fake casino with big fines.

Hello, from what you write I am glad you filed a complaint because it is certainly not right if the casino did that. But how did they lure you, did they send you any bonuses or otherwise ? Did the casino block your account or not ? Did you ask for self-exclusion in the casino ? 

The fact that the casino is ignoring you is probably telling enough and I hope that our team will be able to help you.

I hope it will gets solved too. The support chat on the site are sayingt that they are not ignoring my emails, but that support is busy because they have a lot of complaints what i can understand from what i have seen.


They blocked me after i found out thay they were illegal and had no license for the Netherlands, i asked for a refund because they did take my money illegal , but they say it was not an option.


They lured me with bonus offers indeed, also with free spins and they almost text every day about it. Some texts even were sended in Dutch language... they know they are illegal in the Netherlands but they just dont care and scam players with addiction. Very very bad. And not human

Yes, I understand that you feel frustrated. It is always necessary to look at whether a player from a given country is accepted or their country is restricted, that is probably one of the first things I would look for, so on this occasion I believe you will check that information at the next casino. 

However, on the other hand, if the casino knew that they don't accept players from the Netherlands, then it doesn't seem fair to me to send such emails with bonuses and contact them to play in the casino. 

So in this case we will see how it goes and hopefully it can be resolved. If you have any new information, be sure to let me know and I'll keep my fingers crossed. 🤞

Yes indeed, they know they dont accept players from the Netherlands. But, they let them register to their casino and make deposits.

The problem is that they lure players with most of the time a gambling addiction and that kind of players they are luring are already in a register in the Netherlands to be protected against gambling. They are sending text messages and promotion mails in DUTCH language, while they are illegal in the Netherlands. I really dont understand how this is possible.

I also dont understand why the casino takes the risk to keep the deposits from the Dutch player when he is asking back for it because he was lured in and not allowed to play. I mean.. like 1500 euro maybe not much for them, but for me it is. And in my head i think that an amount of 1500 euro is not that kind of a problem for a casino who makes a lot of money more then they are losing. Why do they take a risk of paying super high fines from autorities while they can solve it an easy way and also keep the name clean?


I dont even know if Winstler casino has a license in Curacao or some other kind of country. Dont cant find any information about that. I know that they are linked with seven.casino too.

Hey Jaro,

A little update.

I found out that this casino is operating under a license from Anjouan. I contacted this license provider with my complaint and they answered very fast and friendly. They asked about details about the problem and a proof of transactions made to the casino and copies of mails they sended to me as some details for verifying an refund if they think needed. For now i am still having my hope up that this will be fixed.. 🙏

I've read your updates and I'm very glad that you finally managed to get your refunds. You were able to come to an agreement with them in a pretty short time, which makes me even happier, and the fact that they were nice to you is also spot on. 

So, be sure to let me know when your money comes in if they followed through and it turned out well. 

I also hope that next time you will look into such things and not register to the casino before you find out these basic things.

Well when they "license commision" did get my information, they responded not friendly back with: Would you also complaint if you had won at this casino? And after that they ignored. But this morning i opened my mail and had a mail from the casino that they will do a refund so i dont understand what happend

Oh I see, I thought the commission was dealing with you in a good spirit, so I guess I was mistaken. Even though we don't know what happened, this is a step forward for you and I hope it ends happily.
